Database Information System DBIS
You can find licensed databases by the TU Berlin in the Database Information System (DBIS). This tool also shows free databases and gives detailed information on the access modalities, the database type and the contents of each database. After clicking on the “subject overview” in the left menu you can select between business and economics to get relevant databases for your field of study.

Business Source Complete (BSC)

Off-campus access is possible via Virtual Private Network VPN or via web-based program Shibboleth. Some full text journals have an embargo period, meaning there is a delay in publication through EBSCO. This delay can be between 1 and 5 years. |

Content / description | Statista is a database for researching quantitative data, statistics and related information. Statista provides access to over one million statistics and facts. Categorized into 21 market sectors, Statista provides direct access to quantitative data on media, business, finance, politics, and a wide variety of other areas of interest or markets. The "Study database" contains studies conducted by market researchers, associations, companies and public institutions. The "Industry Reports" (ibid.) provide conventional indicators as well as SWOT-analyses, forecasts, market comparisons, and annual reports, all of which are available online. |
